As my client, you’ll have exclusive access to my Client Service Portal, which allows you to monitor the sale activity of nearby properties in real time. I also offer the support of a trusted network of professionals, including mortgage brokers, lawyers, electricians, plumbers, gardeners, and painters—helping you prepare your home for a successful sale.


Online Listings Exposure
Your property will be listed on the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS) at realtor.ca, ensuring broad exposure to potential buyers. In addition to my personal website, your listing will also appear on the DFH Real Estate website (www.dfh.ca), Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (www.leadingre.com), and the Xposure marketing platform.
Advertising Exposure
To further enhance visibility, I implement targeted social media campaigns across select platforms and advertise in local newspapers and real estate publications, including Saanich News, Oak Bay News, Boulevard, and the Times Colonist. Additionally, I create and distribute printed marketing materials such as “Just Listed” postcards, sent directly to neighbourhood postal codes to reach local buyers.

Your property will be showcased with professional photography, high-definition video tours, accurate measurements, and detailed floor plans. I also offer a new customizable 3D virtual property tour for an immersive online experience.

Home Viewings
If needed, I can arrange professional home staging to present your property at its best. I coordinate and host public open houses as well as exclusive REALTOR® tours to attract both buyers and industry professionals. A FOR SALE sign with a secure lockbox will be placed on your property for maximum visibility and ease of access. Property showings will be scheduled at times that are convenient for you and, if your home is tenanted, in accordance with the tenant’s rights.
You will receive regular updates on all marketing activities and showings, ensuring you’re always informed throughout the process.

When offers are presented, I will review all Contracts of Purchase and Sale with you, and assist in negotiating favourable terms and conditions. I’ll guide you through every step of the completion and possession process, ensuring a smooth transition.
